About the Scheme
Annadatha Sukhibhava is Andhra Pradesh's flagship farmer investment support scheme providing Rs. 13,500 per year through DBT to help farmers purchase seeds, fertilizers, and meet cultivation costs across Kharif, Rabi, and Zaid seasons.
Welfare Benefits & Assistance
- •Annual financial support of Rs. 13,500 per farmer family for agricultural investment, provided through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
- •In addition to the state's Rs. 13,500, eligible farmers also receive Rs. 6,000 per year under PM-KISAN (central scheme), bringing total annual support to Rs. 19,500
- •Funds disbursed in seasonal installments aligned with Kharif, Rabi, and Zaid cropping cycles
- •Support intended for purchasing seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and meeting labor costs
Eligibility Criteria
Additional Prerequisites
- Must be an active farmer cultivating own land, assigned land, forest land, or RoFR land in Andhra Pradesh
- Tenant farmers and sharecroppers may be eligible under extended provisions
- Must possess a valid Aadhaar-linked bank account for DBT
- Land records must be updated in the state's agricultural database (Web-Land or Meebhoomi portal)

How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)
Visit the official AP Agriculture Department portal or Meebhoomi (meebhoomi.ap.gov.in) to verify your land records
Check your beneficiary status using your Aadhaar number on the official scheme portal
If not registered, contact the nearest Rythu Bharosa Kendram (RBK) for assisted registration
The village/ward agriculture officer will verify land records and enroll you in the scheme database
Visit the nearest Rythu Bharosa Kendram (RBK) in your village or mandal
Carry Aadhaar card, bank passbook, and land ownership documents
The RBK officer will verify your documents and complete the enrollment on the government portal
Collect the printed registration acknowledgment
Who Should Apply?
- ✓All active farmers in Andhra Pradesh with registered land holdings
- ✓Tenant farmers and sharecroppers cultivating assigned or RoFR land in AP
- ✓Farmers who have completed land record updates on the Meebhoomi portal
Who Should NOT Apply?
- ✗Farmers who are also government employees or pensioners
- ✗Families where any member pays Income Tax
- ✗Institutional land holders or corporate farming entities
